Refund policy

This return policy only applies to orders placed online. For purchases made in a physical store, other conditions apply.

Discounted products will not be accepted for return, they can be exchanged always respecting the terms and policies below.

Products subject to promotions such as 3x2 will not admit returns due to the nature of the promotion. If changes are allowed in those products that require the use of sizes or if there are manufacturing defects.

HOW TO RETURN

To make a return you have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order. If more than 14 days have passed since the reception of your order, you will not be able to get a refund but you will be able to get a gift card for the amount of the purchase, minus the shipping costs.

You can return your order as long as the following conditions are respected:

  • The product/s must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it
  • The product(s) must be in their original packaging.

To make a return you have two options:

- Option 1: You can send the product to CALLE ROTEROS Nº17 (ALVENT) C.P. 46003, VALENCIA. These shipping costs through Correos or any other company will be paid by the customer.

- Option 2*: A carrier from our delivery company will pick up the product at your home. This option has a cost of 4.90 ? and will be discounted from the refund of the products.

Once we receive it and verify that everything is correct we will make the refund of the cost of the products, through the method of payment with which you made the order, this refund is usually reflected in the customer's account between 1 and 3 days depending on the bank to which the card belongs.

In both options, the product will have to go inside its blue box and, if possible, of the white box, to go protected during the shipment and to be able to receive it in perfect conditions. In case the product does not arrive in good condition, part of the refund could be discounted for the damage caused to the products.

Depending on the option you choose to return the product, please let us know by sending an email to contacto@alvent.com, within 14 days available for returns, attaching the order number, the product(s) to be returned and the option you would like to choose to leave it notified in the system and know if we have to generate a collection or be waiting for your package.

*Option 2 is not available for orders outside the Spanish peninsula

Items that do not accept returns:

- Gift cards.

- Software products .

- Some health and personal care items.

- Discounted products.

- Products subject to promotions such as 3x2.

PHYSICAL STORE RETURN OF A PRODUCT PURCHASED ON ALVENT.COM

To make a return of an online purchase in one of our physical stores, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order. If more than 14 days have passed since the reception of the order, you will not be able to receive a refund but you will be able to receive a gift card for the amount of the purchase, minus the shipping costs.

To make a return, in one of our physical stores, of one or more products bought in www.alvent.com you will have to send us an email to contacto@alvent.com within the 14 days available for returns, attaching the order number, the product/s to be returned and the physical store where you would like to make the return.

In the physical store you must submit the order confirmation email, which arrived at the time you made the purchase through the web.

Once the return is made, our store partners will notify us and we will make the refund of the cost of products, through the payment method with which you made the order, this refund is usually reflected in the customer's account between 1 and 3 days depending on the bank to which the card belongs. In no case will the money be refunded in cash.

CHANGES OF SIZE OR PRODUCT IN WWW.ALVENT.COM

To make a change of size or product, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order. If more than 14 days have passed since the reception of the order, you will not be able to opt for the change.

You can make the change of size or product, as long as the following conditions are respected:

  • The product/s must be unused and in the same condition as you received it
  • The product(s) must be in their original packaging

To make the change you have two options:

- Option 1: You can send us the product to CALLE ROTEROS Nº17 (ALVENT) C.P. 46003, VALENCIA and once we receive it and check that everything is correct we will send you the new product for free. These shipping costs through Post Office or any other company will be paid by the customer.

- Option 2*: We can make a Return-Shipping, that is, a carrier from our delivery company will deliver the new product and pick up the old one. This option has a cost of 4.90

In both options, the product will have to go inside its blue box and, if possible, the white box, to be protected during the shipment and to be able to receive it in perfect conditions. No changes can be made for products of lower value than the product already purchased.

Depending on the option you choose to make the change of size or product, let us know via email contacto@alvent.com, within 14 days available for changes, attaching the order number, the product / s to change and the option you would like to choose to leave it notified in the system and know if we have to generate a Shipment-Return or be waiting for your package.

You can make the change of size or product, as long as the following conditions are respected

To make an exchange of size or product, in one of our physical stores, of one or several products bought in www.alvent.com you will have to send us an email to contacto@alvent.com within 14 days available for returns, attaching the order number, the product/s to be returned and the physical store where you would like to make the return.
