How much is the shipping? Do you also have free shipping available?

We have a super cheap shipping for €2.45 ​​(48/72 business hours). You can also use express shipping for €3.95 (24/48 business hours). We love being able to offer you the best service, which is why you have free shipping from €25 for the peninsula.

For the Balearic and Canary Islands shipping is €3.90 with a duration of 3-5 business days.

I live outside of Spain, is there international shipping?

Yeah! We ship practically worldwide, the shipping fee is €6.90. For Europe the delivery times can reach 10 days, for America the term is 20 days.

When will I recive my order?

At Alvent we prepare all orders from Monday to Friday and if your order is placed before 4:30 p.m. it will leave the same day. If you choose normal or free shipping you will receive your order in a maximum of 72 business hours. If instead you choose express shipping you will receive your orders in 24/48 business hours.

Your jewelry is made of sterling silver, do you work with any other material?

Apart from Sterling Silver and Gold Plated Sterling Silver, at Alvent we also work with stainless steel jewelry.

How do changes and returns work?

At Alvent you have 14 days from when you receive your jewelry to decide if you want to return or exchange it. For us, your happiness with your purchase is the most important thing, so you can exchange or return them without problems.

How do you ship?

All our orders are prepared by hand one by one to make sure everything is perfect and give each one that personalized touch. The jewels go in our Alvent box with special foam for jewels. Once ready, we put them in our special shipping boxes so that they arrive perfect.

If I have a problem with my jewel, how can you help me?

For us, the fact that you stay happy and comfortable with your jewel is the number one priority, so if you have any problem with your Alvent jewels, we will be happy to help you, either because the size does not finish, or you did not like the necklace to your friend or there has been any other problem that prevents you from enjoying your Alvent jewelry.
