Shipping policy

By purchasing from our website you accept the conditions and policies of shipping. Once you have made your purchase and selected the shipping method, whatever it is, you are hiring this service through us.

Shipping Preparation

Each bag of Alvent will carry a maximum of four Jewels for orders with more than 1 item. These bags are placed inside a strong cardboard shipping box to guarantee the condition of the content in case of any impact.


In no case we will be responsible for any incident related to the shipping service, all responsibility falls on the transport agency, any claim should be directed to it and the customer will be responsible for managing any incident by contacting the customer service number of the agency. In case of not obtaining answer of the agency of transport we will be enchanted of being able to help you with the management.

The shipping cost for Spain is 2.45 euros for shipping from 48h to 72h and 2.95 euros for express shipping 24h to 48h. Free shipping is available for orders over 19,90 ? (excluding shipping) and uses the mode from 48h to 72h.

The shipping cost for international orders is set in the shipping screen. Once the payment has been made, all orders within Europe will arrive to their destination in 5/7 days (working days). Outside Europe the shipments could be extended up to 20 calendar days.

The terms of the shipment are those provided by the transport agency, we are not responsible for delays of logistic origin or incidents in shipments or of any other nature. The transport agency contracted by us is the only responsible for delivering the package in the period described above and under the conditions contracted.

The customer is responsible and commits to receiving the contracted order and to be available at the time of delivery. The customer is also solely responsible for any error in the delivery address and must bear the exceptional costs caused by this error. In case of return of the package by the transport agency or non-receipt by the customer, the costs of handling the return will be deducted from the amount of the return.
